call 800-779-7145. Please be aware that if large orders are shipped by
trucking companies, then someone will need to be available to help
unload the shipment. Many trucking companies offload from the truck only
and do not carry into apartments above the first floor. Please make
arrangements in advance for these situations. Delivery times may vary
depending on the product. The estimated delivery times include working
days and exclude weekends, holidays, and factory closing days.
Sometimes, there may be delays caused by temporary factory overload.
AShutterForYou.com cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by
matters beyond its control.
Signature Required: If you would like to require a signature upon
delivery, then please note that on your order or inform our customer
service representative at time of order.

It is unlikely that you will ever see a comparable custom made Norman
Plantation Shutter for a lower price. If you do, let us know and we will
promptly sell you the same shutter plus grant you an additional 10%
discount of the price difference.
EXAMPLE: If our price was $100 and you found the same Norman Shutter for
$90 we would sell it to you for $90 less 10% of the difference ($10
times 25% = $2.50 discount). Your price for that shutter order would be
$90 - $2.50 = $87.50.
Our guarantee extends up to 4 weeks after your purchase, so you know you
can buy now with confidence. To qualify, simply send us the publicly
announced advertisement or exact Web site address (URL). Verbal
quotations over the phone do not qualify.
Please remember that our 125% Price Matching Policy applies only to
Norman Plantation Shutters.

FREE product swatches/samples are available for customers seeking
an exact color match. If an exact color match is needed, then please
request free samples before placing your order. Once you receive your
samples, keep in mind that even the actual sample can have minimal color
variations as stated by our manufacturers.
Note: If two products have the same color name that does not mean they
are the same exact color. Please order samples of all products you wish
to consider purchasing to avoid any confusion.

color the same way. Electronically reproducing color on the web is
imprecise. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that what you see accurately
portrays the color. We have gone to great lengths to portray colors as
accurately as possible.

Ensuring the Right Measurement: We will contact you after you
have placed your order to review and confirm the measurements. We may
request pictures so there are no measurement mistakes.

with any outside parties.

Changes or Cancellations: Because our products are custom made to
your exact specifications, they are not suitable for resale in the
ordinary course of business. Please be sure of your purchase prior to
finalizing your order.

Payment: Because Norman Plantation Shutters are custom made to your exact specifications, we require all orders to be paid for when the order is placed. We accept Visa and MasterCard thru our website and over the phone. Cashier's checks, personal checks, and money orders must be mailed to our office before your order is started. NOTE: If you would like to pay by check, there will be a holding period of 7-10 days so the check can clear the bank before processing order. Credit cards are charged up front for the total sales which includes shipping. Cancellations and/or changes in orders can only be made up to 8 hours after being finalized.

No Sales Tax except Florida: AShutterForYou.com will not impose
sales tax on orders that are delivered outside of the state of Florida
until such taxes are imposed on web sales by law.

No Cost Replacement: If the product is found to have an error
that manufacturer’s fault, then it will be replaced without any cost to
the buyer including no cost shipping. AShutterForYou.com products are
custom made and are non-returnable and non-refundable. For this reason
we require that as soon as your order arrives, you inspect everything
including color, size, fit, and quantity.

FedEx or UPS Delivery: Shippers are responsible for damage in
shipping. If anything appears incorrect or there is damage please notify
your shipper within 2 days. Please notify us so we can assist in every
way possible.
NOTE: Please do not discard the shipping boxes until you verify that all
products are correct and free from defects of parts and workmanship.
Manufacturers will not supply replacement boxes.

Ground Freight Delivery: If there is damage, you must note on the
bill of lading with the delivery driver the nature of the damage. Please
advise us so we may assist you with determining your proper claim amount
against the shipping company. Pictures will facilitate claim processing
and claim amount.
Please do not discard the shipping boxes until you verify that all
products are correct and free from defects of parts and workmanship.
Manufacturers will not supply replacement boxes. Freight companies are
responsible for shipping damage.

Installation Note: Installation instructions are emailed in
advance and most of our online clients insist on doing their own
installation. However, if you plan on hiring a professional installer,
we highly suggest you wait until ALL of the products have arrived so
they can be unpacked and inspected making sure all the parts are present
and the products are in proper condition BEFORE scheduling the
installation. Most installers charge higher fees for secondary trips to
your home and this is not something we are able to reimburse.
